Our polo tops are cropped to finish at the natural waist so they meet the waistband of a high-rise skort. Each product page lists the length from the high shoulder for size M. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit.

A skort looks like a skirt from the outside and has shorts built in underneath, attached at the waistband. Every VIRELTTA skort has built-in inner shorts.

Every bag page lists approximate dimensions in centimetres and inches and the strap drop where relevant. They are small bags, sized for a phone, keys and a card.

The fibre composition and care instructions are printed on the sewn-in label of each piece. If you would like to know them before ordering, email support@vireltta.shop with the name of the piece and we will reply within one business day.

No. VIRELTTA designs casual clothing and accessories inspired by weekend park courts. We do not make performance, protective or technical claims for any piece.

The images show the design, colour and construction of each piece. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Anything styled with a piece in the images, such as shoes or other clothing, is not included unless the listing says so.

Prices are shown with their currency code. The currency follows your delivery country: USD for the United States, GBP for the United Kingdom, EUR for Europe, CAD for Canada and AUD for Australia and New Zealand. You can change the delivery country at the top of every page; at checkout the currency follows the delivery address you enter. You are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, both certified to PCI DSS Level 1. VIRELTTA never sees or stores your full card number. The whole site runs over HTTPS.

Your payment appears as VIRELTTA.

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot fulfil any part of it, we refund that part in full to the original payment method.

Email support@vireltta.shop as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched we can change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has been dispatched, you can return it under our Returns & Refunds policy.

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and save your addresses.

We do not currently run promotions. If we do in future, the conditions will be shown with the offer before you use it.

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all 27 EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Australia and New Zealand. Rates and times are on the Shipping page.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your region and the service you choose, and are shown next to each option at checkout.

Your order may be shipped from outside your country. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or delivery costs and are payable by the recipient. See Shipping for details.

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number and link.

You can return unworn, unwashed pieces with their labels attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers in the UK and EU also have a legal 14-day right to cancel. Full details are on Returns & Refunds.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Email support@vireltta.shop with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and offer a refund or replacement.
