1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on vireltta.shop by consumers. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

3. Our products

• We sell VIRELTTA clothing and accessories for casual wear. We do not make performance, protective or technical claims for any product.
• Product images show the design, colour and construction of each piece. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Items styled with a product in images are not included unless the listing says so.
• Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 1 to 2 cm.

4. Prices and currency

• Prices are shown with their currency code (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD). The currency follows your delivery country and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices do not include import duties, import taxes or customs fees that your country may charge on delivery (see Shipping).
• Your bank may charge its own fees if your card is in a different currency. These are not set by us.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and contract

• After you place an order you receive an email acknowledging it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

• The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Payment is taken when you place your order. The charge appears on your statement as VIRELTTA.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page, within the times stated there. Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order before dispatch, return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and, in the UK and EU, cancel within 14 days of delivery under your statutory right to cancel. 9. Faulty goods

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with the contract. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will provide a refund, replacement or repair in line with your statutory rights.

10. Promotions

We do not currently run promotions. Any future promotion, discount or free delivery offer will state its conditions, such as dates, eligible products and minimum spend, alongside the offer.

11. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Intellectual property

The VIRELTTA name, logo, designs, images and text on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach, up to the price you paid for the products concerned. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.

14. Export and legal restrictions

We only accept orders for delivery to the countries listed on our Shipping page. We comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws and may refuse orders that would breach them. You are responsible for complying with the import rules of your country.

15. Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, the EU or another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
