Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). When your order leaves us you receive an email with a tracking number.
Rates and delivery times
Delivery costs are charged in the currency of your delivery country. Delivery times are counted in business days from dispatch. The cost and time for your address are also shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Australia and New Zealand.
We cannot deliver to other countries, to parcel lockers where the carrier does not support them, or to destinations restricted by export control or sanctions rules.
Import duties and taxes
Your order may be shipped from outside your country. Our prices and delivery costs do not include import duties, import VAT/GST, sales taxes or customs handling fees that your country may charge. If they apply, they are collected by the customs authority or the carrier and are payable by the recipient.
- United States: since 29 August 2025 the duty-free “de minimis” allowance no longer applies to most imported goods, so duties may be due on orders of any value.
- United Kingdom and EU: import VAT and, where relevant, customs duty may be charged on delivery depending on where the order is dispatched from.
- Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand: local import taxes and fees may apply according to national thresholds.
If you refuse a parcel because of duties or taxes, we refund the items once the parcel is returned to us, minus the original delivery cost and any return charges the carrier bills us.
Address and delivery problems
- Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@vireltta.shop straight away; we can change it before dispatch.
- If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if it is lost or damaged.
- Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
